Western Jets duo join Williamstown

Williamstown Football Club can announce the signing of Western Jets duo Stefan Radovanovic and Maddison Eve-Fenech to our respective VFL & VFLW lists.

Radovanovic as a bottom age player in 2017 took out the Jets Best & Fairest and then followed it up with Vic Metro selection in 2018.

The 192cm, 85kg, midfielder was also used off half back throughout the 2018 season which he caught the eye of recruiters with his explosiveness away from the contest, intercept marking and his stoppage work around the ground.

Eve-Fenech, was the captain of the Jets in the 2018 TAC Cup Youth Girls competition and is a hard-nosed competitor who leads by example. Known for her attack on the ball and her ability overhead, her leadership was a critical element during the Jets season as she brought a real voice and direction within the playing group.

“To have both Stefan and Madison join us via the Jets continues to show the local talent pathway from TAC to VFL / VFLW. We have had a long line of success with Jets players coming into VFL which is shown through the National Draft selection Brett Bewley this year and now with VFLW, we look forward to continuing that success within the women’s pathway not only with Madison but also other players coming through the Jets Youth Girls program” said GM-Football Stephen Soulsby.
