Monk, 21, is the Club's reigning Development League Best & Fairest winner after a highly consistent season that saw the midfielder/forward play 19 games, kick 13 goals and named among the best players on eight of those occasions. While he wasn't able to register a senior game in 2017, Monk has shown in his five career senior games to date that he can contribute at the higher level, and will be pushing for more senior football in 2018.
