Cula-Reid, Harris visit Adelaide headquarters

Williamstown VFLW coach Penny Cula-Reid and list manager Lachie Harris visited the Adelaide Football Club last week as the Seagulls begin to build the recently established partnership between the two clubs.

The agreement, announced in October, will see up to five Crows womens players represent the Seagulls in each game during the 2020 season.

Williamstown coaches, staff and players will also link up with Adelaide's womens team during Melbourne trips as part of the agreement, with a view to maximising learning and professional development opportunities.

Last week, both Cula-Reid and Harris met with Crows staff and players, being enlightened with coach and staff development ideas, list management and high performance techniques and attending training sessions.

Among the Crows staff who conversed were former Adelaide player and current assistant coach Ben Hart and senior coach Matthew Clarke - who went through game plan strategies and the club's mantra.

It was the first of many treks the Seagulls will be making across the border.
