Meese and Rodda return to tackle Roos

Williamstown has announced its squad for Saturday afternoon's VFL game against North Melbourne.

Nick Rodda returns injury that has sidelined him since our Round 5 match against Richmond and will add plenty of firepower to the Seagulls attack at Downer Oval.

Ruckman Nick Meese has also recovered from injury he sustained during the side's Round 8 win over Casey

Sam McLarty could play his first game since the Round 4 win over Footscray after being added to this weekend's squad alongside Nick Sing, Bailey Morrish and Darby Henderson who are amongst the other inclusions.

The Seagulls are looking to bounce back and get back on the winners' list after a disappointing loss to Box Hill in Round 9.

The contest proved to be an arm wrestle for the majority of the day until the Hawks broke away late.

North Melbourne - albeit having won just the two matches this season - bode as a tough opponent after upsetting the top-of-the-table Richmond Tigers last weekend.

A win this week maintains the side in the top 8 as upcoming matches against fellow stand-alones in Port Melbourne and Werribee will be critical to the side's second half of the season.

The first bounce is at 2pm following the VFL Women's match commencing at 11:30am.

The side will wear a pride guernsey as we celebrate inclusiveness and promote diversity in a Pride Day double-header.
