Masters to play 100th Williamstown game

Dependable forward Leigh Masters will play his 100th game for the club this weekend against the Northern Blues.

A 2015 premiership player crossed from Coburg in 2013 and has kicked 72 goals since moving to the club and has become a staple in the Seagulls forward line for many years.

He had a stellar 2016 where he was awarded honours in the State VFL Team against SA and in 2017 he backed it up against WA.

Masters finished eighth in the Club's best and fairest in 2017 after another consistent season kicking 25 goals in 19 games playing largely as a lead-up forward and also notched up 100 career VFL games.

His leadership on the field and relentless attack on the ball sees him as a highly respected member of the playing group  having been in the leadership group for the past two seasons.

Masters will receive automatic life membership of the Club to add to his achievements in the VFL thus far.
