Williamstown celebrated its final luncheon of the year with its stunning Women's Luncheon in Seaview Events Centre.

The two-hour event was themed around celebrating women in sport and was attended by 97 guests.

Williamstown board director Michelle Redfern was the MC, moderating a fantastic panel discussion with the three inspiring guest speakers.

Marngrook Footy Show host Shelley Ware, Australian long-distance swimmer Tammy van Wisse and Williamstown VFLW player and AFLW star Aliesha Newman all spoke about the important rise of women in sport and being a role model.

The event provided an opportunity for guests to mingle, engage and establish connections by networking with others through a range of activities - such as the inspiring women in sport quiz - and celebrating the important role that women play in the sporting industry.

The event was also attended by proud sponsor Lavanya - who provided on-the-spot massages for all guests.

A make-up artist and Grace and Willow Fashion Boutique Williamstown were also very popular.

The next and final president's function of the year will be the President's Dinner to take place on August 24 from 5:15pm-7:15pm, prior to the VFL side's match under lights against arch rival Werribee at Downer Oval.
