With some leagues in the middle of the finals series and others finishing their regular season last weekend, we had four girls play for their community clubs in some important games; let’s look at the results.

Starting in the WRFL where Maddison-Eve Fenech helped Caroline Springs to a 113-point win over Braybrook to finish the regular season in third whilst Shani Dixon was impressive in Spotswood 130-point win over Point Cook as they finished second.

To the NFNL where Kaitlin Smith helped Diamond Creek to a 46-point win over Montmorency in the first semi-final as they move on to a preliminary final this Sunday whilst in the VAFA, Scarlett Dunell and St Kevins were victorious in their Premier Women’s Grand Final, defeating West Brunswick by eight points in a tight contest.
