About the Role
The VFLW Senior Coach will be responsible for:
- Leading the VFLW program, including game strategy, player development, and overall performance outcomes.
- Building and maintaining an inclusive, professional, and supportive team culture.
- Working collaboratively with the club staff, High Performance, and Medical staff to manage player development and welfare.
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining players and support staff.
- Representing the club with professionalism across the VFLW competition, media, and broader football community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven coaching experience at VFLW, AFLW, or elite community football level.
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of the modern game.
- A genuine passion for developing female athletes both on and off the field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a standalone football program environment.
