The AGM will be held at Seaview Events Centre (71 Morris St, Williamstown) at 6:30pm. Entry to the venue will be via Battery Road.
This meeting will be to conduct the following business:
- Consider the financial statements and reports for the year ended 31 October, 2025; and
- To receive notice from Returning Officer on Election of Directors.
Proxy Form
The notes provided below will explain the resolutions for the Club’s General Meeting at Seaview Events Centre, DSV Stadium, Williamstown on 26 February 2026 at 6:30pm. Members are asked to vote on adopting a new constitution to modernise governance. Approval requires a special resolution, with at least 75% voting in favour.
Attached is a proxy form which allows members entitled to attend and vote at the general meeting to appoint another person to vote on their behalf. Proxies do not need to be Club members. If no voting instructions are provided, the proxy may vote or abstain. Forms must be signed and received at least 48 hours before the meeting.
