Williamstown Football Club is pleased to confirm midfielder Jack McHale has re-signed with the Seagulls, ensuring the classy ball-winner will remain in blue and gold for the 2026 VFL season.
Standing at 187cm, a reliable and consistent presence since arriving at Williamstown in 2023, McHale has become an important part of the Club’s midfield mix, bringing composure, toughness and a polished left foot to the contest.
Recruited from the Sandringham Zebras, McHale made his VFL debut in 2017 and has now amassed more than 50 VFL games, with over half of those coming in Seagulls colours. Since joining the Club, he has played 14 or more matches in each season, underlining his durability and value across the years.
McHale featured in 14 matches during the 2024 season, and continued to build in 2025, playing 17 games and contributing five goals, while providing consistent two-way running and strong defensive pressure through the middle of the ground.
McHale’s re-signing adds further stability and experience to Williamstown’s list, as the Club builds towards another competitive VFL season in 2026.
