Fresh off a dominant 55-point victory over Geelong in Round 1, Williamstown’s VFLW side returns home this Saturday afternoon for its first game at DSV Stadium in 2026, taking on the Box Hill Hawks from 1:05pm.
After an impressive opening round performance, the Seagulls have made minimal changes heading into Round 2, with the side looking to build on the strong connection and momentum established in last weekend’s season opener.
Williamstown’s debutants from Round 1 will once again feature after showcasing their talent and composure at VFLW level, with the Club excited to continue backing in its emerging group following a standout first-up performance.
The Seagulls enter the weekend sitting first on the VFLW ladder after Round 1, with confidence high as the side prepares for its first home appearance of the season in front of the blue and gold faithful.
Saturday’s clash also marks the VFLW Indigenous Round, an occasion that holds deep significance for the Club and competition. Williamstown and Box Hill will take part in a special gift exchange pre-game to honour and celebrate the occasion.
With a lunchtime start locked in, supporters are encouraged to get down to DSV Stadium early and enjoy the afternoon atmosphere, with the Club’s coffee cart Coffee @ Seaview once again operating throughout the match for those chasing a hot drink on the sidelines.
