After securing the VFLW minor premiership, Williamstown earned top spot on the ladder and a valuable week off during the opening round of finals.
Now, the Seagulls return to the field with a Grand Final berth on the line.
A win over Port Melbourne would see Williamstown advance to the 2026 VFLW Grand Final and secure the first Grand Final appearance in the program’s history.
Returning to the side are Western Jets stars Addison West and Kiara Boyd, who will feature in their second VFLW games after making their Williamstown debuts in Round 10 against Tasmania.
Also returning is forward Teagan Brett (2), who missed the final game of the home-and-away season with a calf injury.
2026 Rohenna Young Medallist (VFLW leading goalkicker) Mia Zielinski will also pull on the blue and gold for the Preliminary Final. Williamstown will be without captain Eliza Straford, who misses the clash.
The Seagulls will enter the Preliminary Final with confidence after defeating Port Melbourne by 41 points in their last meeting, running out 50-9 winners in Round 4 at ETU Stadium.
Saturday’s clash will also mark Williamstown’s final home game of the 2026 season should the Seagulls progress, with the VFLW Grand Final to be played at IKON Park.
With history within reach, the Seagulls will look to make the most of home ground advantage and take one more step towards a maiden VFLW Grand Final.
