After a big pre-season, taking the lead in all three practice matches, Williamstown will feature just one new face in their first clash of the 2025 season.
Hugo Hall-Kahan is set to make his club debut at NEC Hangar on Saturday at 3:05pm.
The 21-year-old has already played 47 VFL games with Sydney and Sandringham and has earned his spot in the blue and gold after an impressive pre-season.
General Manager of Football Operations Ash Collins praised Hall-Kahan’s “speed and change of direction out of contest,” which has caught the coaches attention.
Jack Noonan returns to the lineup for the first time since 2023, while Lucas Impey retains his place after debuting in Round 21 last season and solidifying his spot during the finals campaign.
All five club leaders will take the field, with three of them playing their first Williamstown game in leadership roles.
