Rising forward Neve Crowley joined the Seagulls following a standout rise through Victorian pathways, arriving from Essendon Doutta Stars with an already impressive football resume.
A former Vic Metro and Calder Cannons representative, Crowley was also the 2023 EDFL Rising Star.
In 2024, she claimed WFC’s Most Improved Award, before adding the Most Promising Player Award at this year’s Presentation Night.
With 149 career games across her journey so far, Crowley brings proven talent and enormous upside as she recommits to the Women’s program for 2026.
Joining her is versatile utility Zara Guss, who made her VFLW debut with Williamstown in 2025.
Playing in eight matches with Williamstown’s VFLW squad in 2025, Guss also joined St Kevin’s Old Boys for their Premier Division finals campaign.
Guss earned best player accolades in both finals, including a goal in the preliminary final.
The club is excited to see both Crowley and Guss return to the blue and gold, and looks forward to seeing both players grow, develop and make their mark throughout 2026.
