A true local at heart, Ebinger progressed through the traditional Williamstown pathway, beginning with Williamstown Juniors before moving on to Williamstown CYMS and developing into a talented and reliable senior footballer.
Across eight seasons at Williamstown, Ebinger became a highly valued member of the club’s forward line, recognised for his strength in one-on-one contests, strong attacking craft and his ability to impact games when the team needed it most.
Ebinger’s consistency was a standout feature of his time at Williamstown, highlighted by the 2023 season where he did not miss a single match.
He backed that up with another strong season in 2024, finishing as Williamstown’s third leading goalkicker.
In 2025, Ebinger featured in nine VFL matches including one final, kicking four goals and earning four best player awards across the season.
With more than 120 games in blue and gold, Ebinger also played an important role in the club’s 2019 Grand Final campaign, where he was awarded best player in a season that remains a proud chapter in Williamstown history.
Ebinger has since committed to Deer Park Football Club full time ahead of the 2026 Essendon District Football League Premier Division season, joining former Seagull teammate Jack Noonan.
Williamstown thanks Nick for his contribution to the Seagulls across his time at the club, and wishes him and his family all the very best in the next chapter of his football journey.
