Previously donning the black and red for Essendon VFL, Minton-Connell is a strong defender with a keen eye for detail. Early in his career, Minton-Connell was Vice Captain of the Calder Cannons. Capable of executing strong plays from the back of the field, Minton-Connell is a valued member of the Williamstown side in past player Kim Kershaw’s number 16.
