As Justin Plapp prepares for the 2026 season, he enters his sixth year at the helm of Williamstown, continuing to build on a tenure that has significantly shaped the Club’s direction and standards.
Since arriving in 2020 amid the challenges of the COVID lockdowns, Plapp has guided the Seagulls through uncertainty and into sustained competitiveness. His ability to foster resilience, clarity and connection has been central to Williamstown’s growth across the past six seasons.
Drawing on seven years of AFL experience as both a player and assistant coach, Plapp brings a wealth of knowledge and composure to the role. In 2026, his focus remains firmly on driving high standards and positioning Williamstown to once again contend deep into September.
