Ylber Zijai enters his third season as a Development Coach at Williamstown in 2026, having joined the Club in 2024.
A former VFL player with the Casey Demons, Zijai brings valuable firsthand experience of the level. Having previously played under Senior Coach Justin Plapp, he offers a strong understanding of the program and its expectations.
With a focus on preparing players for senior football, Zijai continues to play an important role in developing the next generation of Seagulls.
