Williamstown’s VFLW side will look to continue its strong start to the 2026 season when they travels to ETU Stadium to take on Port Melbourne this Sunday morning.
The Seagulls head into Round 4 full of confidence after a commanding 69-16 victory over Essendon at Windy Hill last weekend, a result that saw Williamstown climb to third on the VFLW ladder.
Following the impressive performance, the Seagulls have named an unchanged line-up for Sunday’s clash, rewarding the group that delivered one of the Club’s most complete performances of the season.
The match will also mark a significant milestone for one of Williamstown’s most respected players, with forward Teagan Brett set to celebrate her 50th game in the blue and gold.
Since arriving at Williamstown in 2023, Brett has become a key figure in the Seagulls’ forward line, combining speed, football intelligence and scoreboard impact to establish herself as one of the Club’s most reliable attacking players.
Her football journey has been one of persistence and determination. After stepping away from the game to pursue cricket at state level, Brett returned to football in 2019 and quickly rose through the ranks, representing the Murray Bushrangers and Vic Country before earning her opportunity at VFLW level.
Now in her fourth season at Williamstown, Brett has become a fan favourite and an important leader within the program. Her 2025 campaign was her most consistent yet, playing all 16 matches and earning two best-on-ground performances, while her career tally has surpassed 110 goals across her football journey.
The opening bounce is at 11:30am, with supporters encouraged to get down to ETU Stadium and get behind Teagan and the VFLW side as they look to make it back-to-back wins.
