Social Media, Content Creator & Graphic Design Internship

As part of our Media Team, you’ll help shape WFC’s digital presence — crafting engaging content that connects with our fans, members, and partners.
You’ll:
- Capture and create social media content
- Design marketing assets for digital and print campaigns

- Work closely with the Media Coordinator and football department

Football Performance Analysis / Data Analyst Internship
Step into the world of elite performance analysis.
Join our Performance Team and gain first-hand experience supporting both our VFL and VFLW programs. You’ll help coaches and players by capturing, coding, and analysing data that drives on-field performance.
You’ll:
- Film and code training sessions and matches
- Assist with player statistics and performance reports
- Operate Hudl and Sportscode software
- Set up and maintain video and analysis equipment
- Collaborate with the coaching and high-performance teams
What you’ll gain:
- In-depth understanding of performance analytics in football
- Practical experience with industry-standard technology
- Mentorship from professional analysts and coaches

About you:
- Currently studying Sports Science, Exercise, or Performance Analysis

Football High Performance / Sports Science Internship
Gain hands-on experience in athlete performance and recovery.
As part of the High Performance and Sports Science team, you’ll work directly with players and staff to support strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation programs — helping athletes reach peak performance throughout the season.
You’ll:
- Collect and analyse data using GPS tracking systems (Catapult)
- Assist with the delivery of conditioning and recovery sessions
- Support strength and gym programs under supervision
- Manage equipment setup and session logistics
- Collaborate with the high-performance, medical, and coaching teams
What you’ll gain:

Football Operations & Property Internship
Experience the operational heartbeat of a football club.
As part of the Football Operations team, you’ll support the logistics, coordination, and communication that make our VFL and VFLW programs run seamlessly — from training nights to match days.
You’ll:
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate player and staff requirements for training and game days
- Maintain the club’s equipment, apparel, and property inventory
- Support setup and pack-down of training sessions and matches
- Contribute to smooth match-day operations
What you’ll gain:
- Hands-on experience in football administration and logistics

Match Day Operations Internship
Be part of the action on game day.
Join the team that brings the excitement of match day to life. You’ll help coordinate events, engage with the community, and ensure fans and partners have a great experience at DSV Stadium.
You’ll:
- Support fan and sponsor activations on game day
- Assist with event logistics, ticketing, and venue operations
- Help coordinate volunteers and community partners
- Contribute to creating a welcoming, family-friendly match atmosphere
What you’ll gain:
- Real-world event management and operational experience
- Exposure to fan engagement and community programs

About you:
